take time to enjoy

when i do my art work live many people ask, do you have a job... i say, you are looking at it. many people seem shocked that i make a living off what i do. some turn their noses up at me as if what they do is any better, a few are ecstatic when they learn that i am a full time artist. the see me as someone who brightens up the world, and for those few i have. its the few, that makes what i do enjoyable, its those few who make it possible to live off what i do. for those few understand i am there for them as much as i am there for myself.. i imagine that if the people who spend so much time judging took that time to enjoy instead, our world would be far more blissful.
